 Is the Goniometer you use every measure exactlt ?

The goniometer  used now are;                       

The stationary axis is displaced when you aligned both                              stationary and movement axes                   Absolutely, it's impossible to operate the goniometer                                   with one hand.                                           The clamp of axis is dangling as they loosen.                                                                                                                                                               There may be problems such as.

School teachers say you have to measure alone,

                            but

It's not that I'm not good at measuring,
